you to provide your employee id number, your company location and department.
Your test scores, test questions, answers to test questions, test start date
and access time, testing time and test history will be recorded and collected
and used to determine benchmark results of test scores.
We may also gather anonymous information. This is information which does not
personally identify you, but which may be helpful for marketing purposes, for
measuring the success of the Training, or for improving the services we
offer.
What do we do with collected information?
We use
personal information from our Site for administrative and identification
purposes. This personal information is stored on computers and is only
accessible by (a) authorized Visum, Inc. personnel (including personnel of
Visum, Inc.'s affiliates) and (b) authorized personnel of a licensor of
Visum, Inc. for billing purposes. Visum, Inc. will not sell your personal
information to any third party for advertising or marketing purposes.
We may disclose personal information if required to do so by law or in the
good-faith belief that such action is necessary to (a) conform to the law or
comply with legal process served on Visum, Inc. or Visum, Inc.'s affiliates,

Visum, Inc., its affiliates, licensors and suppliers or the users of this

identify your computer, location and online training session, and to gather
broad demographic information.
Personal information and your test scores, test questions, answers to test
questions, test start date and access time, testing time and test history,
will be provided to your employer so that your employer may internally
evaluate and track your performance in connection with the Training you took.
Anonymous information which is gathered, including your test scores, test
questions, answers to test questions, test start date and access time,
testing time and test history may be used generically to evaluate the
Training and to determine benchmark results of test scores. Such benchmark
results may be provided to third parties. For example, we might tell third
parties how users of our Site in a specific industry (e.g., medical) scored
on the tests contained in the applicable Training (both before and after
taking the applicable Training).
Security
We have security measures in place to protect against the
loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control.
Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be
100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal
information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you
transmit to us or from our online Training and services, and you do so at
your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we make our best effort to
